Vermont Recognizes Bleeding Disorders Awareness Month

Vermont was the 6th state in New England to declare March as Bleeding Disorders Awareness Month! A very special thank you to Representative Bill Lippert of Vermont House of Representatives (and also the House Health Care Committee Chair), for sponsoring our resolution for 2019!

"Every March, bleeding disorder advocates get the opportunity to spread awareness about bleeding disorders that affect our friends and families.  With the arrival of our son,  we had to get creative this year, and shared our optimism about the future of treatment options for hemophilia. Whether you meet with elected officials, post facts about bleeding disorders on social media or plan an event; the goal is always to share what it’s like to be part of the bleeding disorder community and how your life is affected."
