Massachusetts held their Legislative Advocacy Days on Wednesday, May 8 in Boston.
This past week, over 50 Massachusetts advocates as part of the New England Bleeding Disorders Advocacy Coalition (NEBDAC), met with their state representatives and senators about step therapy protections and the importance of co-payments assistance.
State Representative Claire Cronin met with the Caroll, Basa, and Klein families and vowed to keep fighting for protections against step therapy practices and to ensure that patients have access to co-payment assistance.
Thank you to Representative Cronin for being such a strong advocate for the bleeding disorders community!
And thanks to Representative Joe McKenna for giving us a private tour of the Governor’s office and the House Chamber!
